Hi, I’m Nicole! ♡
The heart behind
Patchy Situation
Patchy Situation started with a simple idea — bringing people together through creativity, connection, and fun. What began as a DIY Hat Patch Bar has grown into a mobile craft experience offering hats, keychains, suncatchers, and metal cuff bracelets for private parties, markets, and special events throughout Sonoma County (and beyond).

How It Started
I’ve always loved creating, customizing, and making things feel personal. After years of working in the corporate world and raising my boys, I wanted to build something that brought joy to others — something hands-on, creative, and memorable. Patchy Situation was born, and it quickly became so much more than a business. It’s a way to bring people together, celebrate special moments, and create experiences that last long after the party ends.
What We Do Now
Today, Patchy Situation is a mobile DIY craft experience designed for all ages. We bring the supplies, setup, and creative fun directly to your home, venue, or event space. Whether it’s a birthday party, girls’ night, corporate event, team building activity, or special celebration, we handle the details so you can enjoy the experience. You just bring the people!
